Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Bryn Sharp graduated summa cum laude in May 2019 from the University of Arizona Honors College with a BA in Latin American Studies and Spanish, and a minor in Portuguese. Amongst other awards, Bryn is a 2019 recipient of the U of A's Robie Gold Medal Award, and is the 2019 Outstanding Senior for the College of SBS. In 2020, Bryn will travel to Uruguay on an ETA Fulbright Scholarship.

 

In 2017 she studied abroad in Viña del Mar, Chile at the University Adolfo Ibáñez, where she was a member of the University's women's soccer team, worked as a photographer with Namuntu Aventura, a local tourism agency, and volunteered with Valpo Surf Project. Bryn was a 2018-2019 Global Ambassador and worked closely with International Student Services at the University of Arizona to endorse intercultural exchange and travel abroad.

A passionate lover of the outdoors, Bryn spends her free time traveling and exploring nature through rock climbing, canyoneering, mountaineering, hiking, and backpacking. Through her photography, Bryn strives to show the world in its true colors in order to inspire social and environmental stewardship.
